Ordering sewing supplies
These terms apply when you use Coraltrim or buy an item from this independent online retailer. Check the selected tool or organizer, stated package quantity, dimensions, materials, and total at checkout. Images may show context or several pieces without changing what the listing says is included. Approximate dimensions are estimates; ask us if a material or fit is essential to your project. Screen colors may differ.
Accounts and responsible use
Supply accurate order details and keep account credentials secure. Use the storefront lawfully; do not interfere with security, distribute malicious software, collect others’ personal information, or infringe rights. Let us know about suspected unauthorized account access. A buyer must be able to make the purchase legally or have appropriate authorization.
Prices and acceptance
Prices are USD. Before payment we show items, applicable taxes, free eligible Standard shipping, and the full total. An acknowledgment confirms receipt of an order, not guaranteed acceptance of unavailable goods or an invalid payment. If availability, verification, or a material listing error affects an order, we will explain the choices. We promptly refund collected payment if an order cannot be fulfilled or is cancelled; we do not retroactively raise the accepted price without agreement. See Payment Information.
Dispatch, cancellation, and return
We deliver to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, DC, including Alaska and Hawaii. Standard shipping is free without a minimum purchase. Order processing normally takes 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 2–4 business days in transit. The combined estimate is 3–6 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays; these windows are estimates, not guarantees. If dispatch cannot occur in the stated processing period, we offer a revised date or cancellation with prompt refund. Ask quickly about an unshipped change; changes after dispatch cannot be promised. Eligible returns follow Refund Policy. For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
Site content and outside services
Our site text, design, and branding are subject to applicable intellectual property rights. Personal shopping use is permitted; commercial reuse needs permission unless law allows it. Third-party marks belong to their owners. We do not claim manufacturer status or endorsement without an express basis. Shopify, payment providers, carriers, and Google Maps offer separate services, with their own terms and privacy practices. We remain responsible for our retail obligations. Read Privacy Policy.
Lawful limits and updates
Service interruptions and mistakes may occur. Any limitation of responsibility applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not remove remedies for fraud, intentional misconduct, defective or misdescribed goods, or other non-waivable rights. You may raise a dispute with us and pursue any further remedy available under applicable U.S. federal and state law. These terms do not require arbitration. An unenforceable provision does not invalidate lawful remaining provisions. Dated revisions do not retroactively remove existing order rights.
