Prices are shown in USD. Standard shipping is free within our service area; applicable taxes and the final amount appear before you submit payment. Use only a method actually offered to your particular checkout. A wallet logo or footer icon does not guarantee that method is available on every device or order. Available methods are confirmed by the checkout shown for your order.
Authorization and verification
Shopify and checkout payment providers handle payment processing. We remain responsible for the goods and support. Your provider may show a temporary authorization before a completed charge, with release timing set by that provider. Fraud and payment checks may delay acceptance. If a payment is declined, check billing information and contact your provider before repeated attempts that might create multiple holds.
Keep payment details private
We will not ask by email or telephone for a full card number, CVV, account password, or one-time code. We do not require payment to a person, a cryptocurrency wallet, or an off-site transfer. This catalog does not offer an automatic renewal or subscription. Contact us with an order number and nonsensitive transaction reference if you suspect a duplicate charge.
Money back to the same method
For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account. For an accepted cancellation before shipment, we initiate a prompt refund without a returned-item inspection. See Refund Policy.
