Shipping Policy

Where we deliver
We deliver to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, DC, including Alaska and Hawaii. Standard shipping is free without a minimum purchase. Order processing normally takes 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 2–4 business days in transit. The combined estimate is 3–6 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays; these windows are estimates, not guarantees. We do not ship internationally, to U.S. territories, or to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. PO Box service depends on the item and delivery service; ask us to confirm before placing that order. We cannot promise a particular carrier.
From checkout to dispatch
Processing begins once an order is accepted and its payment is verified. Check that your delivery address is complete. Tell us promptly about an error, although a change may be impossible after dispatch. We send tracking when available; the first scan may appear later, and separate parcels may have separate tracking numbers.
When a shipment is delayed
Weather, a carrier interruption, peak volume, or an address problem can change the estimate. If we cannot dispatch within the stated processing period, we will explain a revised date. You may accept it or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund to the original payment method. That cancellation does not require a return inspection.
Cost and delivery questions
Standard shipping costs $0 in our service area. Applicable tax and your full order total appear before payment. If tracking stalls, or a package marked delivered cannot be found after checking nearby delivery locations and the address, contact us to investigate. Our correspondence address is not a return destination. See Refund Policy.
