What information reaches us
Order and support records can include your name, contact details, billing and delivery addresses, products, messages, return information, and transaction status. Payment providers handle full payment credentials; please do not send those to us. Shopify and service providers can process IP addresses, device and browser characteristics, cookie choices, identifiers, and site interaction records. Fulfillment and fraud-prevention partners may share information needed to handle an order.
Why we use and disclose it
We use information to operate the shop, take payment, fulfill and track orders, answer questions, manage returns, protect against fraud, secure the service, and meet legal duties. Shopify hosts the storefront; payment, delivery, and technical providers receive information needed for their work. Disclosure may also be required by law or necessary to protect rights or in a business transfer with applicable safeguards. These providers are not the product seller.
Cookies and advertising choices
Necessary cookies support the cart, checkout, security, and essential preferences. Other tools may remember choices, measure traffic, or support advertising if enabled and legally permitted. If Google Ads, Analytics, conversion tracking, Enhanced Conversions, remarketing, or personalized advertising tools are enabled, they operate subject to the applicable privacy choices and law. If Enhanced Conversions is enabled, a hashed email address or phone number may be used to match a purchase to an ad conversion. Hashing does not make those identifiers anonymous; they may still be personal information. Opening this page or closing a banner is not consent. A banner display alone does not prove tracking is disabled. Use available Shopify controls, Your Privacy Choices, and browser settings; disabling cookies may affect site functions.
Map data
The Contact page and homepage load Google Maps directly. Even without interacting with a map, a request can send Google an IP address and browser details and may involve Google cookies. See Google’s privacy policy. The mapped address is for correspondence, not shopping or returns.
Retention, location, and security
We keep records for a period reasonably needed for orders, support, accounting, legal compliance, fraud review, and disputes; the period depends on the record and legal requirement. We use reasonable safeguards, though no system is perfectly secure. Providers may process information outside your state or country under applicable transfer protections. This general-consumer shop is not aimed at children under 13; contact us if you believe a child submitted information.
Rights and requests
Depending on your state and the applicable law, including California CCPA/CPRA, you may be able to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of data, learn about disclosures, opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted ads, limit certain sensitive-data uses, and avoid unlawful retaliation. Some advertising disclosures may legally be sale or sharing even without payment. Rights and deadlines vary by jurisdiction. Email support@coraltrim.com with “Privacy request” or use Your Privacy Choices. Supported Global Privacy Control signals are handled through Shopify’s mechanisms where applicable to that browser or device; a browser signal may not identify another device or your account.
Verification and appeal
Provide enough detail to identify the records and right involved. We may verify identity or an authorized agent’s authority using proportionate information, but never ask for a CVV or password. We respond within the applicable legal deadline; qualifying verified California requests are generally answered within 45 days, with a lawful extension notice when necessary. Some opt-outs have shorter deadlines. If we deny a request, we explain the permitted reason. Where an appeal right applies, email “Privacy appeal” with the decision and your concern; we respond within the required period and provide regulator options where required.

We date changes to this notice. The Shopify native policy may update through platform management. Contact us with questions about either notice.
