Start a return
Request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery by emailing support@coraltrim.com with your order number, item, and reason. Photos can help explain a problem but are not required to preserve legal rights. Wait for approval, the correct return address, and instructions. An approved eligible return includes a prepaid shipping label at our cost; we charge no restocking fee.
Condition and packing
For a change of mind, an item must be unused and undamaged, with its included accessories. Keep available packaging to protect it in transit. Sewing tools, thread accessories, organizers, measuring aids, and other items in this catalog may be requested for return under the conditions stated here. Defective, incorrect, incomplete, damaged, or materially misdescribed goods remain subject to applicable rights even if a change-of-mind condition is unmet. Pack the return securely and keep the shipping receipt and tracking; contact us if the label cannot be used.
Problems on arrival
Tell us promptly what is wrong with an order and keep the item and packaging where possible while we assess it. We will explain the remedy and any return arrangements. Eligible returns for such problems do not carry return shipping or restocking charges.
Receiving your refund
For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account. We will tell you the inspection result and explain any proposed adjustment or refusal. If our refund period has elapsed, send us the return tracking. If a credit we issued is missing from your account, check with your payment provider. Non-waivable consumer rights still apply.
Cancel or choose another item
Contact us quickly if you need to change or cancel an order. If cancellation is possible before shipment, we will initiate a prompt original-method refund without waiting for returned goods. After shipment, follow the return steps. We do not offer direct exchanges; request an eligible return and place a separate order for another item.
